Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using the VIS Integrated platform, website, API, applications, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service"). Violation of this AUP is a material breach of our Terms of Service and grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to data-protection law, consumer- protection law, intellectual-property law, anti-spam law, and export-control law.

You must comply at all times with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in artificial inflation of views, subscribers, likes, comments, or engagement of any kind;
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect YouTube data outside the ways the Service provides;
• Misrepresent YouTube-sourced data, re-label it as your own, or present derived analytics as if they were YouTube's official metrics;
• Build a competitive analytics or research product on top of YouTube data accessed through the Service.

You may not use the Service to create, store, transmit, distribute, or display content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property right;
• Is defamatory, libellous, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or incites violence against any individual or group;
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors, or is sexually explicit without proper age-gating where required by law;
• Promotes self-harm, eating disorders, suicide, terrorism, or organized crime;
• Promotes illegal drugs, firearms, weapons, or other regulated goods in violation of applicable law;
• Promotes gambling, financial scams, "get rich quick" schemes, pump-and-dump schemes, or pyramid/Ponzi/MLM schemes;
• Contains or promotes misinformation reasonably likely to cause harm to public health (including medical misinformation) or election integrity;
• Contains malware, worms, viruses, ransomware, keyloggers, spyware, or other malicious code;
• Contains personal information about another individual that you do not have permission to use, or that violates applicable privacy law.

You must NOT:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, any account other than your own, or any related system or network;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its supporting infrastructure without our prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, model weights, or training data from the Service;
• Use any robot, scraper, headless browser, or automated tool to access the Service except through APIs we expressly authorize;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading servers, exceeding documented rate limits, or sending malformed requests intended to cause errors;
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer access to the Service to third parties beyond what your subscription tier permits;
• Share account credentials, sessions, or session tokens with any other person;
• Use the Service to develop, train, or improve any AI model (including any large language model, embedding model, image model, or video model) that competes with the Service;
• Use the Service to generate content for distribution through spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or platform manipulation;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Collect, store, or process information about Service users (including by scraping the Service) for purposes other than using the Service yourself;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control, rate limit, billing mechanism, or feature gate.

The following constitute prohibited abuse:

• Creating multiple accounts (with the same or different identities) to repeatedly redeem free trials, promotional credits, or new-customer discounts;
• Using disposable or temporary email addresses to obscure identity;
• Using virtual or pre-paid cards to bypass our trial-abuse controls;
• Sharing promotional codes outside the scope of any explicit referral program we offer;
• Reverse-engineering or sharing knowledge of any free-trial or promotional flow for the purpose of helping others abuse it.

Any of the above results in immediate termination of all related accounts without refund and may also be referred to fraud- prevention services and (where applicable) law enforcement.

You must not use the Service's AI features to generate, prompt for, or store:

• Content involving real, identifiable people in a manner that could mislead about their views or actions (including non-consensual deepfakes);
• Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors;
• Content reasonably likely to be used to plan or commit physical violence, terrorism, or large-scale property damage;
• Operational guidance for the creation of weapons of mass destruction (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or high-yield cyber);
• Personal-data scraping prompts or instructions to extract personally identifiable information about specific individuals without their consent;
• Output you intend to pass off as not AI-assisted in contexts where doing so would be misleading to your audience or unlawful under applicable transparency law.

If you believe another user is violating this AUP, please email abuse@visintegrated.com. We investigate reports and act in our sole discretion.

We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, and without liability to you:

• Investigate suspected violations, including by reviewing usage patterns and (where lawful) Customer Content;
• Suspend or terminate any account in violation of this AUP;
• Delete or refuse to store any content that violates this AUP;
• Cooperate with law enforcement, court orders, and other lawful requests;
• Disclose any information necessary to enforce this AUP or to protect our rights, property, or users.

Account termination for AUP violation does not entitle you to any refund. See our Refund Policy.

We may modify this AUP at any time by posting an updated version. Material changes take effect 14 days after posting. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
